By booking or using services provided by It's Okay to Be Different, you agree to the following terms:
Services
The services offered include parent consultations, coaching, webinars, workshops, and guidance related to children with neurodevelopmental needs.
Payment
Payment is required before booking confirmation. All services are billed per started half-hour unless otherwise stated in a package agreement. Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, PayPal, or another agreed method.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled session to receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled session are non-refundable. This policy applies to consultations, packages, webinars, and workshops.
Packages
Package sessions must be scheduled within a reasonable timeframe agreed upon between the client and the provider. Packages become binding once payment has been received.
Governing Law
All services and agreements are governed by Finnish law, regardless of the client's country of residence.
The services provided by It's Okay to Be Different are experience-based coaching, guidance, and practical support for parents and families of children with neurodevelopmental needs.
Important notice:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, It's Okay to Be Different shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of services, guidance, or advice provided.
All services are advisory and educational in nature. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and the implementation of any strategies discussed during consultations.
All information shared during consultations will be treated as confidential and handled with respect and discretion.
Information will not be shared with third parties without the client's consent, unless required by law.
All consultations are conducted online via digital platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp video.
We respect your privacy and process personal data in accordance with GDPR and Finnish data protection legislation.
